Founder and Chief Technologist at Nebbia Technology. Esteban is a software developer with a passion for DevOps, ALM, and software development best practices. Esteban is a Microsoft Visual Studio ALM MVP and ALM Ranger, Pluralsight author, and the president of ONETUG (Orlando .NET User Group). Chief Executive Officer at New Signature. As CEO, Jeff leads the executive team to set the direction and focus of the company and participates as a member of the New Signature Board of Directors.
Jeff is a focused leader with a passion for building a great culture, team work and collaboration. He brings sales management and leadership experience and expertise from his successful 20 year career in the telecommunications and technology sector to New Signature. Jeff began his career at US WEST Communications serving in a range of product management and marketing positions followed by a 11 year career at Level 3 Communications. At Level 3, Jeff held a variety of positions, including SVP Product Management, SVP of Product and Marketing for Level 3’s European Markets Group. He left Level 3 in 2010 as President of Business Markets Group. Most recently, Jeff was the CEO of Teliris, Inc., a Columbia Capital portfolio company which was sold to Dimension Data Holdings in 2014.
Pat Paquette is the CFO of New Signature, and is responsible for the company’s accounting, financial, tax, treasury and M&A support functions.
Prior to joining New Signature, Pat has held increasingly more senior and strategic roles including the Director of Finance and Corporate Development for First Western Financial, Inc. where he led the company’s corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting and M&A functions; Director in KPMG’s Transaction Services practice, leading due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients; and, Senior Associate for Ernst & Young’s audit practice where he focused on financial audits of publicly and privately held companies and during which time he achieved a CPA designation.
Pat received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and received his M.B.A from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
Chelsea is the Director of Business Development at Nebbia Technology. Prior to Nebbia Technology, she worked in Information Technology Staffing for over 5 years and held various roles including Technical Recruiter, Executive Recruiter and Technology Division Director for Orlando. She serves as the Director of Communications at ONETUG (Orlando .NET User Group) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the Florida State University. Facundo is a full-stack Software Developer with emphasis on the .NET stack. He loves AngularJS and Web APIs alike. Alyse is the Project Manager at Nebbia Technology, applying her technical background to help drive successful execution across all of Nebbia’s projects. After graduating with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, she jumped over into software simulation within aerospace and defense, developing and deploying flight simulators. As a full lifecycle systems engineer, Alyse has experience taking products from requirements derivation all the way to leading the integration and test before they ship out the door. As the Project Manager she is constantly looking to drive efficiently and streamline the Nebbia process, capturing key metrics to identify trends and optimize resources. When not working, Alyse loves traveling, cooking, and playing with her baby boy.
Santosh is an Azure Consultant with 20 years of experience in the software industry. Before Nebbia, he was involved with tech startups, where he architected greenfield applications providing services in nearly a dozen countries by leveraging the cloud. He has also worked as a consultant with a wide range of clients in the public and private sector including numerous Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies. He is a public speaker and has delivered talks at various tech conferences and user groups. Santosh is a recipient of the Microsoft MVP award for Azure since 2016 and has co-authored multiple approved software patents. Santosh is deeply involved with the local community as leader of the Orlando .NET User Group and co-organizer of the Orlando Codecamp. Ryan is a DevOps and Test Automation Consultant. He started in the software industry as a QA and production support engineer where he developed a passion for efficiency through automation. Over the last few years he has specialized in converting the manual testing and release tasks of organizations into a robust CI/CD pipeline.
